Partners IN Food and Farming was created from the idea that Indiana farmers needed a grassroots organization to support, educate, and help connects farmers to each other as well as food consumers, advocates, and entrepreneurs across the state.
Our strategic plan was put together over several months and included reaching out to a vast array of our stakeholders, making sure that those that we serve had their voices heard in the process. The goal of this plan is to guide PIFF forward over the next two years, furthering our growth as an organization.

This plan is organized into: Strategic Goals, Strategic Approaches, and Strategic Tactics.
Strategic Goals organize PIFF’s work for the next three to five years. Each of the five Strategic Goals will have a table that organizes work around the goal by year and activities.
Strategic Approaches guide PIFF’s thinking and put our Values into practice. Listing these approaches and incorporating them into the goals and activities helps ensure we are adhering to our Values.
Strategic Tactics are how we will get the work done.
