We match beginning farmers with more established farmers, and give them paid time to learn from each other.
Our field days bring farmers together to learn the nuts and bolts of production AND build a sense of farmer community.
We're excited to co-host a 2-day, in-depth dive into topics relevant to beginning farmers, in collaboration with the incredible Marbleseed.
We've gathered 40+ ag professionals from farmers, to land trusts and public agencies to discuss and pursue strategies to protect our farmland and support the current and next generation of farmers.
PIFF is proud to co-present the documentary series, More Than Corn which shines a light on the Hoosier farmers who are growing healthy, delicious food.
Focus Groups
We’re taking time to listen to underheard farmers and food system advocates. So far, we've hosted 3 focus groups of BIPOC, women, and organic grain farmers
PIFF is the fiscal sponsor for the Southern Region LFPA program, working with Southeast Regional Cooperative Partners to purchase and distribute food from socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers.
