Join us for this hands-on webinar with Dr. Maria Marshall from Purdue's Department of Agricultural Economics and North Central Regional Center for Rural Development. She will walk through how to use software designed to help farmers develop their business plan step-by-step.
At this workshop, you will:
Learn why a business plan is important and allows you to tap new markets and funding opportunities
Understand what it means to create a well crafted business plan for your farm
Learn how to use INventure Business Planner, a free tool from Purdue's Department of Agricultural Economics.
Complete the first steps of your business plan - and have tools to finish the rest!

Tailored for small and mid-sized farms, this workshop will cover:

You'll also get an inside look at the land transfer process firsthand from an Indiana farmer who has navigated the land transfer process and will sharetheir experiences and hard-earned lessons.

Produce Safety Alliance Trainings (4 events February-April): The PSA Grower Training Course applies to fruit and vegetable growers and is one way to satisfy the FSMA Produce Safety Rule requirement. This training is FREE!
